GRAPEVINE, Texas, June 9, 2014 /PRNewswire/ — United Development Funding IV (“UDF IV”) (NASDAQ: “UDF”) announced today that, pursuant to the prior authorization of its board of trustees on May 28, 2014, UDF IV intends to continue payment of monthly distributions at an annualized rate of $1.64 per share. Following its listing on the NASDAQ Global Select Market (“Nasdaq”) on June 4, 2014, distributions will be paid to shareholders of record at the close of business on or about the 15th day of each month, payable on or about the 25th day of such month.

Accordingly, on June 25, 2014, UDF IV will pay a distribution of $0.1367 per share to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 16, 2014.
